Dear Stacy: Over.my.dead.body! What a tacky dress! TP's dress was strapless (in the picture she's wearing the shawl I wore to my rehearsal dinner over 30 years ago) - but the dress was still modest, by today's standards. She wouldn't even feel comfortable in the "dress" you pointed out to us!
