TIME FOR A CHANGE
Well, I decided it was time for a little change around here. While I absolutely LOVED my previous blogskin designed by Darlene, I decided I wanted to update my look. A copy of Darlene's blogskin has been saved, in case I should ever want to use it again.
But, let me introduce my new blogskin designer. Her name is Susie, and she is a JOY to work with. She answered my endless questions, and she "tweaked" a few things to personalize the image I had chosen. Susie's website can be found at www.susiepie.com - so head on over there and say "hi". Her blog design website can be found at www.bluebirdblogs.com . Her prices are very reasonable, and her professionalism and talent are AWESOME!
In case you can't tell, the women in the above image are DQ, TP, and ME! I love how young I look! There should be more wrinkles and crow's feet on my face, but hey, I am not complaining.

I love the new design. It captures who you are right off the bat. When I originally met you, I didn't even know what you looked like, now look at you with this absolutely amazing website--I can see you in real life and cartoon :). It reflects you well!

Dear Barbara - "Twigged" - now that's a new word for me! If you want a new design, Susie is the one to contact - she's great!
I really love it, too although the light pink color of the text is a little tough on my bifocal eyes. Maybe another shade deeper would help? Or is it just my monitor?

Hi Valerie! I love what you've done with the place:-) Very pretty. I'm just taking a much needed break from sanding the kitchen walls....this isn't really 'vacation'--just vacation from writing/blogging, I guess. I'd rather go to the beach, like you commented on my blog...LOL...
Oh, but I did want to mention that the text in this particular post of yours is very light and hard for me to read...in case you want to adjust it. Of course, I'm half blind, so most things are hard for me to read:-)
AHHHHHHH!!! I LOVE IT!!! It's like buying a new cocktail dress, with shoes and a purse!!!
Have to wait 'til I get home to enjoy the full effect (our Internet filters at work block out a lot of images, so I don't see your header image); but I like the updated color scheme. Very nice.
Yep......nice new look!! It suits you! There is a definite market out there for "blogger bling" and I can see why. I remain blingless for the time being though.
