20,000th Visitor
My 20,000th visitor arrived at 8:42p.m., (7:42 their time) from Fargo, North Dakota, using an IP address from cableone.net . The referring URL is on my blogroll - Sarah: Anna's Place. But, I don't have a clue as to who it could be?! So, perhaps this person will visit again and recognize themselves, and say "hi".
So, what a milestone for me - and I'm looking forward to the next 20,000 visitors. Perhaps it will only take me a year to get that many rather than 2 years this time around!

It's no bad thing to keep an eye on the blog stats of our visitors ....since I switched blogs I no longer have access to who my visitors are, just the actual number of visits to my blog per day.
It's inmortant to remember that the friendships that can be born of our bloggin' is always more important than the number of visits.
I'd rather have 10 visits a day and firm and genuine friendships develop form over the months and years....than have lot's of people pass through and few friendships being established with them :-)
Having said that...here's to your next 20,000 visits!

You have nothing to give my big fat butt. Just because it doesn't involve the cruise and foo foo drinks I was dreaming about doesn't mean you don't give out plenty of gifts every day - and that would be why visitor # 20,000 stopped by.

Deb - I've NEVER been a "number-monger", either. It's just fun to look at, sometimes. What I've discovered is that I have made about 5 friends with whom I am certain I shall maintain long-time relationships with throughout the years, and you're one of them. I'm so glad we've *met* and are able to support each other, cry with each other, and pray for each other.
